Good day, and thank you for booking with OEG Luxury Wellness Spa Retreat.

Our company is designed to bring the spa experience to you in the comfort of your own home or suite. 

Or you can visit one of our Locations in: Hyde Park Chicago, Tinley Park ,or Alsip Illinois.

Most of our services include our unique desert rose·peppermint scrub for feet and reflexology. 

Our aim is to provide top notch luxurious spa services with great detail given to the wellness and therapeutic needs of each client.

We service  Chicagoland/ with an additional fee for travel to areas right outside of the City parameters. 

A few things to note:

·Each service must be prepaid to be fully booked.

· upon booking you will receive a personalized Square payment link via invoice. 

·Your service is not fully booked until payment is received to reserve therapists who must commit to the time with you and your group thereby blocking themselves from working with their personal clients and or spas.

Please note: preference in holding service availability must go to prepaid clients.

 ·We accept partial payment as a deposit to hold requested time slots. Full payment must be received 72 hours prior to services being rendered. 

·Refund will be issued in the case that there is valid proven emergency or in the case that we were notified 24 hours prior to the service for individual sessions and 72 hours in advance for groups or parties.

Our Therapists are all highly experienced, vetted, professionals.
